On behalf of a large energy group’s division , Surfeo conducted market test studies in the context of selling innovations with varying maturities, from a technical prototype to a commercial offer, in order to provide strategic advice on how to approach the identified market. Surfeo’s mission was carried out in 3 phases: 1. acquisition of the customer’s DNA and study of the market segment; 2. development of the commercial plan and preparation of the market launch; 3. market exposure and setting up of the sales network.
