New contracts of business development for Italian, French, Spanish, US and Israeli companies. All these contracts allowed our teams to be more and more on the field for meeting all deciders of European Aerospace and Defense players.
Very important for our clients, as more of 70% of our new opportunities of business for our clients are coming due to our presence in the field. New contracts, it’s also new employees. All very educate and continuously trained to approach strategic companies, peoples everywhere in Europe and to expose our clients to the right deciders at the right time. Difficult equation but we achieved that properly every time.New processes, as all companies certified ISO9001 & EN9100 and wanted to bring the entire clients’ satisfaction, Surfeo looked constantly to talk with its clients for discovering new needs, for measuring satisfaction and work to improve its processes to be on line with customers satisfaction. Not easy, but we must for clients but also for us, it’s in our DNA!
