SURFEO didn’t put any cookie and tracers over its websites : we haven’t looked to put in place cookies and tracers and didn’t authorized any tier to do it.
To do so, tools that our websites host put in place, are existing for an exclusive goal : allow or/and improve navigation on our websites and are necessary to provide a communication service on demand of users. These utilisations benefits from exemption predicted by Article 32 II from the law n° 78-17 of 6th of January 1978, in conformity with the article 5.3 from the directive 2002/58/CE of European Parliament and Council of 12th july 2002.
