Surfeo Inside : a successful start in 2019 for the French business advisory services expert !
Beginning of 2019 saw Surfeo grow and evolve, new CEO, new team members, new customers, new offers but, always same professionalism bring to the entire supply chain. Customer satisfaction as number one priority and an unmatched service to develop our customers’ businesses over European & North American Aerospace & Defense markets.
New breath at Surfeo
In March 2019, Surfeo have seen a new CEO take the lead, Alexandre Schmitt, ex Deputy CEO of Sofregaz SAS, a company that operates engineering services in the energy and industry market. New CEO but, same trend, first objective was to keep Surfeo’s successful model and same level of expertise that built our customers’ trust through the years.
Second idea was to push new business oriented services. These services will serve the entire supply chain and will be based on our expertise and experience regarding : market trends, aerospace sales process, market evolution & manners and supply chain management…
Final step was to reinforce our operational teams in charge of our customers’ business by adding new staff members to offer a better efficiency to our customers.
Increase the Team capacity
To get the best results for our Principals, we welcomed a Key Account Manager, Claudio and an Account Manager, Marion. These recruitments are a direct consequence to the numerous new customers that trust our services. They were, as a Surfeo’s standard process, intensively trained since they arrived. After four and two months of activity there are already operational; aware of our customers capabilities, objectives and ongoing businesses.
Intelligence and advisory services
In 2018, we designed new offer to better answer the market needs. We took feedback from our customers and prospects and the result was that: every company aren’t mature enough in their strategic decision to directly target new market and export their know-how. These offers cover from business consulting and market intelligence to deployment of our teams on the field to detect and manage new opportunities of business. Since few months our last offer is ready: IGNITION. With IGNITION our clients’ benefit from our aerospace and business development experts strike force to run punctual missions such as customer base qualification, new product launch etc.,
With our new offers, Surfeo’s target and customer profile have evolved. During the first semester of 2019, twelve new customers have trust our services and expertise for different missions. For some of them mission is to get information and feedback from the market, for others they use our internal resources to detect and manage new opportunities of business. We thank them for their trust and will keep their satisfaction as our main objective by always be the reference of business development in Aerospace & Defense market.
Surfeo in the field
After JEC World, EBACE, Paris Space Week, Aeromart, Satellite and the Paris Air Show, the second part of 2019 will be also very busy ! New challenges such as electrical aircraft, tension of the supply chain, industry 4.0… our teams are excited to carry our customers’ business and face these challenges to keep Aerospace & Defense as number one market for innovation.
