Our missions and values
Surfeo is open for business since 2007 from this observation that aerospace & defense-related companies are very depending of their clients. They have few customers, are not in position to negotiate and are not aware about the new business opportunities in relation with their capabilities. They need a marketing and sales approach to improve their market intelligence and diversify their customer base, that’s Surfeo’s mission.
Aerospace & defense-related companies often deal with only two or three historical and local customers. This is a risky situation. If one of these customers decide to change, the supplier could lose a big part of their turnover. Conversely if the supplier go to bankrupt the customer’s production could be affected. It isn’t an acceptable situation and Surfeo’s mission is, throught customized market studies and business development service, to ensure their sustainability. This mission acts for the benefit of the entire aerospace and defense supply chain.
Located in Paris area, we started 2019 with 15 employees. Surfeo was certified ISO9001 and AS9100 in 2015. We were proud in 2018 to be one of the first company that renewed certification. We are now certified ISO9001:2015 and AS9100:2016. Our processes were designed and are continuously improved to make successful our Clients in their sales strategy to diversify their customers, to grow their company, margin and financial turnover.
