Consultant Principal
Responsible for expertise in a business function or an industry (Aeronautics, Defence, Space, Energy), you are SURFEO’s technical and sector lead.
- Master’s degree (engineering or business school) and at least 8 years’ experience in your sector
- Recognised expertise in a market or industry (Aeronautics, Defence, Space, Energy)
- An established professional network in your sector
- Ability to structure an offer and convey an expert message
- Fluent English; international exposure appreciated
- Enjoy passing on knowledge and leading a team
- Build on and nurture the firm’s reference sector or functional expertise
- Structure and enrich the service offer in your field (methods, benchmarks, study library)
- Ensure the intellectual quality of deliverables within your area of expertise
- Support business development: pre-sales, responses to tenders, partner relations
- Represent SURFEO with clients and across its industrial ecosystem (trade shows, conferences, publications)
- Mentor the team’s consultants and pass on your expertise
