I joined Surfeo in January 2020 as Key Account Manager. My role as KAM is to develop my clients' business on the European market. This is done in accordance with the strategy developed by Surfeo but also the wishes/objectives of the different customers. Working with companies with different expertise, this allows me to be in contact with many players and thus to make use of synergies to better understand the aerospace market. More concretely, the fields of machining, cabin interiors, etc., are the focus of my work.

I joined the company in 2017 and my mission is to make SURFEO and its solutions known to all players in the high-tech industries. I manage the digital environment of Surfeo. By creating adapted communication campaigns and displaying high value-added content, I improve the notoriety and visibility of SURFEO as well as our customers'. I'm also in charge to manage and train our interns that are a very important for us to develop and achieve our continual growth objectives.

Creator of Surfeo in 2007, I saw SURFEO become a reference in consulting services and business development strategies. Understanding the DNA and the strategic stakes of our customers to pilot the teams, to target the right people, to seize and develop new opportunities, to ensure the training and the level of competence of our teams to always bring the best level of services to our customers here are my main missions.
I joined SURFEO with a double mission. The first one, as a KAM, is to ensure the commercial development of my clients, coming from high tech industries, on the European territory. Account Manager at SURFEO since August 2020, my mission is to accompany my clients, from the leading industries, in their commercial development on the European market. Working on different projects, being in contact with various actors allows us to better understand the stakes of the industries in which we operate.
My interpersonal skills, my optimism and my enthusiasm are major assets that allow me to carry out the missions entrusted to me as an account manager at SURFEO.
As a Key Account Manager at Surfeo, my role is to lead the business development of my clients on the European market in high-tech industries, in line with the commercial strategy. During my missions, I have worked on various subjects such as machining of engine parts, aerodynamic calculations, flowmetry, sandwich materials and study the market to define the best targets to attack and set up a strategy to penetrate these accounts.

Account manager for 2 years now, I have been able to acquire a definite knowledge of the aerospace sector. This macro analysis of the market has given me more ease in acquiring new business opportunities for my clients. Also, the continuous training offered by SURFEO and the complementarity of the processes we use in day-to-day operations, allow me to extend my activities to other sectors such as Energy. During my missions I have aimed to develop my clients' business in different fields: precision machining, hydrodynamic calculation software solution (CFD), metrology sector to allow diversification and ensure synergy through an increased study of the Space market.

International Business Developer
For more than 2 years I have been involved in the business advisory, market intelligence for aerospace and defence companies. From prospection to opportunities detection for BTP and BTS companies, I manage and follow-up the complex business cases (RfI, RfP, RfQ) through the whole sales process. Working as sales forces extension for our Clients is a enrichening mission allowing to acquire knowledge on the market of aerospace, defence and maritime as well. I have the taste for adventure and a sense of relationship, I am always willing to take on a new challenges.
My missions within Surfeo are very diverse. I am above all in support of the Surfeo Business Development team where I am in charge of the different aspects of prospecting. Being in contact with the different market players allows me to learn every day about the sectors that Surfeo covers.

I am Hugo Robotti-Guinamand, a Toulouse student in business school and passionate about aeronautics. Guided by my curiosity and my motivation to learn more, it was quite natural for me to join Surfeo as a Junior Business Developer with operations support.

Since 2006 I have been an independent consultant based in Paris. Over the past twelve years I conducted or assisted in several oil and gas development projects and studies, in particular in Africa, including Cameroon, Congo-B, Gabon Guinea, Mali, Togo, and several sub-regional institutions (ECOWAS, CEMAC). I advised the President of the Moroccan power utility and the Head of the Planning Department of the Tunisian power and gas utility on strategic issues. In 2010-2012 I was a lecturer at Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, in charge of gas pricing within the Gas Economics module. I am Vice-President (Gas) of the Paris-based Energy for Africa (ADEA) think tank, where I contributed to several ADEA presentations and publications.
