With more than 1,000 participants, 400 exhibitors, 9,000 meetings and 40 speakers, PARIS SPACE WEEK is the world’s first B2B space event dedicated to launch vehicles, satellites, and space-related technologies.
The Paris Space Week is the main tradeshow with business meetings, conferences and innovation challenges over the space industry. During two days, attendees had the chance to develop strategic connections and relationships with all players in the space sector. As the place where the European Space industry gathers each year, PSW features events of all kinds. Whether your goal was to make new professional connections, reconnect with old ones or stay up-to-date on the industry, Paris Space Week had something for you.
The show is also a place of innovation where professionals were able to discover the issues that will shape the future by attending workshops, forums, and events. Among these innovations, small satellites (SmallSats) as well as nanosats (CubeSats) will be in the spotlight.
The PSW business meetings focus on 4 main thematics : Satellites, Launchers, Space app and Ground systems. Satellites are a crucial part of today’s space industry, making it the Top 1 Priority according to customers and suppliers needs from the previous Editions. They are used for a wide range of application such as GPS, Internet and Radio Communications, Weather Forecasting and Television Broadcasting.
From the 3850 meetings organized for the first Paris Space Week day, 92,8% have been successfuly completed. The second day was as successful as the first on since the information exchanged beforehand ensures meetings exclusively between motivated and identified professionals.
ConstellR won the innovation award that reward the Start-Up and/or the innovative company that will disrupt the space sector. They all have a different story. However, They all had a common interest: coming from all over the world to pitch & share their Innovations.
ConstellR is a joint spin-off from German Fraunhofer and the German Aerospace Center and will answer the increasing need for Land Surface Temperature data as well as drastically improve humankind’s capability to timely act on emerging environmental challenges.
ConstellR will offer analytics-ready level-2 georeferenced land surface temperature data directly searchable and accessible via their intuitive data explorer and API.
