SMM DIGITAL HAMBURG : The challenge of maritime cybersecurity in the era of digital transition

Every 2 years the SMM Hamburg meeting takes place. Its next edition is from the 2nd to the 5 February. An international maritime, security and defense exhibition, but digital this time, given the health circumstances.

Participants and exhibitors will be able to discuss the different themes concerning the maritime sector, and the growing challenges regarding Cybersecurity.

Logically impacted by the pandemic, the maritime industry, linked to the defense industry, remains an attractive sector. During this exhibition addressed by experts on issues related to digitalization and particularly the new threats related to cybercrime. Leading these new tools is far from being safe from digital leaks. Thus, the SMM international maritime exhibition will organize conferences and workshops under the theme: maritime cybersecurity in the era of digital transition. Its main goal is to promote and reinforce digital security measures to prevent and fight against external manipulation of maritime systems.
