Electric Days: EDF’s event for next-generation energies

Today, December 1, 2020, EDF is organizing the Electric Days for the 4th consecutive year. This day is an opportunity to discover the latest green technologies and innovations that will change our world tomorrow!

During this day dedicated to the green energies that will reshape our tomorrow’s world, several players in this market will speak. On the agenda: innovation experts speakers, world-renowned lecturers in the energy field and 5-minute pitches showcasing innovations.

Moreover, thanks to interactive simulation modules, a complete immersive universe will be created to discover innovations oriented towards the technologies of the future to build a CO2-neutral society. As a result, the digital version of Electric Days 2020 will be just as engaging and immersive as in previous years!

Many promising innovations will be presented at the 2020 edition. Some innovations are receiving special attention this year, such as the Agri-PV (the combination of agriculture and photovoltaics), new supports for floating wind turbines, or the new Comet camera ensuring the security of nuclear installations.

At the end of the day, the Start-up EDF Pulse 2020 Awards will be attributed to innovative start-ups, each with an innovation that contributes to the energy transition. Once again, this is an opportunity to learn about the companies that will change tomorrow’s world.

All the different topics of the energy and sustainable transition will be discussed during this day, and the project leaders of these innovations will be there to answer all your questions.

Furthermore, Aurélien Schwartz, CEO of the company Metroscope of the EDF Group, and a recent Surfeo customer, presents at the 2020 edition the Diagnostic 4.0, a diagnosis for industries to improve their management and maintenance.
